Dr. Nezam Afdhal on New HCV Agents

Informative audio tape summarizing new treatment advances including Telaprevir, R1626, Alinia and a new novel vaccine approach. Afdahl's take-away is that novel treatments (beyond SOC) are both exciting;  are improving SVR rates over SOC with less treatment time:  and that more exiting news is expected in the next 6-12 months.

Thanks for the link.  This is an exciting time for the field of HCV.  I hope that I can become more patient, and not progress any further before some of these options become available.
