Fatty Food and Taking Meds

Morning,im just wondering if im taking enuff fat with my meds...heres what i take

Breakfast
7 AM:   I take my RIBA and BOC together with 1 extra large egg,1/2 of a avacado,1 whey protien shake,Greens drink,total fat is about 25 grams

Snack
3PM: a banana with my BOC.i was told we dont need fatty foods with the BOC as much

Dinner
7PM:..same as breakfast

Nite
11pm: soups or mac and sheese with my BOC

If your hemo starts to go down you are doing something right. That was my experience.

lol, I though you were saying that was all you ate all day, so I missunderstood! Bragging is aokay, I'm in the process of cutting my BF from 19% to hopefully 15% so I know it's hard work and bragging rights are earned lol!

BTW...im not bragging ...but im 200 lbs of solid muscle...im doing something right

What i listed is just for my food with my meds...i eat other foods tru out the day..and i am a veggie man....whey is made from milk.so im not really totally a veggie

The avacado is a very good choice for fat, but it doesn't look like your getting enough total calories or all the proper nutrients from your current diet. Are you a vegatarian?
