Thanks all for the replies. Would be nice if this stuff really worked and was available to complement treatment. Funny, never any mention of hcv in any of the fortune cookies.
My suggestion to Cbw was based on his recent posts which indicate his intention of pursuing initial treatment. The thought being that if he can resolve the HCV then the pursuit of fibrosis repair can be a secondary effort. That's not to say that current liver condition should be ignored.
Be a huge relief to many with varying degrees of liver compensation .. if there was a clinically proven drug or herb combo, of which the effects facilitate the acceleration of liver rehabilitation ... once the initial issue had been solved ..... makes sense to me
It makes more sense to resolve the issue that's causing the fibrosis and subsequently allowing the liver to repair itself.
It is an antifibrotic formula that reportedly has some research supporting its use. As mentioned above, there is an FDA clinical trial that is currently recruiting. This formula is not available for the retail market. I think that it is being developed by the Shanghai Sundise Chinese Medicine Technology company. The link below may be helpful.

Looks like the start date may have been recently ... and they show they are still recruiting .. 100 people to be included in this phase 2 trials ...

This is a Trial (Phase2) from about 1.5 years ago but I don’t remember seeing any results. I don’t think it claims to Cure HCV but helps protect the liver.
What's it supposed to do ? Please don't tell me it's a cure.
