Garlic!!

Do remember reading somewhere on this forum that you should not eat garlic when you are  being treated with the protease inhibitor!.. Cannot find the source of this 'info'.  Can anybody shed any light on this fact/fiction.  Thanks.

You know, I think what I'm going to give up is reading any thread relating to what not to eat while on therapy.  Give up garlic - the nerve!  ;)

Checked out that link..it did say possible harmful effect between garlic and protease inhibitors...about to start combo treatment and am sorting out my eating plan...am really looking forward to eating all that butter and cheese, but was not counting on having to eliminate the huge anounts of garlic that l eat!.    Don't think l will.

No, you shouldn't eat garlic if you are a vampire.  I think vampires are fictional.

Being Italian, I don't want to hear this kind of news. I spread garlic all over everything during my treatments and I felt great. I think it was the garlic that saved me from a world of suffering, a world of suffering...
