Robert,
Same sinus issue I have in 34 years so i means it is related ti Ribavirin. Does your doctor consider it good or bad, i mean does it means body is responding to treatment that is why it is happening or the people who dont have such issues can still respond to this treatment.
Yep, nose/ear/throat issues are very common side effects of treatment. Riba is a known culprit in coughing, nasal congestion, dry eye, etc.
I just had a sinus infection on treatment. First time in 30 years I've had a sinus infection, so I'm attributing it to the treatment lowering my immune system. Doc wrote me some antibiotics, 10 days later, all gone.
Just know also that the 'cough' can easily be part of the whole treatment experience itself. Of course you have to go to a doctor to determine if you have some bacterial infection but the cough could just be from anemia or just a plain side. It's happenend to plenty of folks on the forum.
Not enough to make a difference. If you have something like strep throat and don't treat it you're going to run into a whole lot of trouble. If your platelets and neuts are low the treatment drugs are the culprit and an antibiotic is not going to change anything. Take the antibiotic if you need it!

but does it effect CBC like nutrophils / platelets and other stuff
You can take antibiotics during treatment and they will not effect the outcome of your treatment.
