About transmetion

I went to do HIV test in poor country,the lab guy was wearing gloves,and needle was in its pack,he swapped by alcohol the vein,and took the blood sample,my concern is following: the lab guy didnt change his gloves while taking samples from many patient,and i developed a lymph node inflamming in the same day,can i be infected by hepatities from my incident,specially that this country have high rate of hepatities patient?!!
