HELP! I'm lost on this site!!!!

Hi Folks, I am new to this site, I posted a question a few days ago but cannot find my way back to where it was (is that a "thread"?) to see if there were any answers to my question. I thought I posted it on the Hep C site, but there seems to be so many different sections. It's all gobblygook to me. Is there a way to trace my original question back to the "thread". My question was about a med to treat ammonia related encephalopathy.   Many Thanks
