what hormone? If it's one you need and are low on then yes. Many HCV patients have low pituitary function, and growth hormone can help with fatigue there, because normal levels will return the body to normal rates of repair.
Same with other hormones, but you need tests to determine what you are low on.
If you are referencing female hormones, estrogen has been shown to decrease the rate at which fibrosis occurs, and does help females with fatigue as it allows for better rest.
For guys, and some women there are risks that may outweigh those benefits.
A lot of fatigue can be helped by getting HCV people to get enough rest, so sleep aides are something to consider. they are far easier to get than hormones, and will be an easier solution for all but the determined few.
If you really want to be worked up, go to an endocrinologist and get every gland looked at. Also read my thread on HGH.
