Harvoni and Mystemia Gravis

Is there anyone out there with Mystemia Gravis and taking Harvoni?

Just started harvoni. Ihave been taking it for 2weeks now. Feeling real bad now. Dizziness is definitely a side effect,slight headache sometimes, clogged nose and now a weird breathing problem. Feels like you breathe when you get exhausted. I though it was a combination of side effects and panic attack, but now wondering if it is affectng my myasthenia gravis. My disease is mild. MY O2 sat ls 98 percent. But my peak flow is dropped from a normal 350 for me to 300 or less.I will take ventalin puff but sometimes the peak flow doesn't improve. Im 70 years old and have been diagnosed with mild asthma, but I don't think so. I never weeze breath sounds are normal. I'm afraid I'm one of the first persons to take harvoni with myasthenia gravis. I need to know if anyone else has experienced these side effects. ,,I'm getting paranoid.   Im on 15mg of predisone everywhere day for my mg.  Please help, need more info.  Darlene

Do you mean myasthenia gravis? I couldn't be sure about Harvoni, haven't heard it mentioned, but it was definitely a known possible risk with the old interferon treatments.

Hi there. I do mean harvoni. The liver specialist pushed me to start. I want to get well, im 70 years old. I almost think there is hardly anyone that has takin this drug with myasthenia gravis. Can you help with anything I found. Thanks. Darlene
