Has anyone had fluctuations in there WBC 's due to the flu ?

Recently my WBC's rose after being in the "Low column". This was the last two labs. I had gotten the flu which took me down pretty good. So does our suppressed immune system still kick into over drive, in spite of the tx drugs or do I have a bad batch of interferon? Anxiety for breakfast, anyone?
