Help for sensitivety to light

this is really driving me insane... have had the contacts out for a week and using the glasses but my eyes are still burning, itching, and watering when im outside during the day, working inside with lights off, blinds closed, etc... i just ordered a new pair of glasses with the transition lenses but they told me those are not really sunglasses but hoping it might help a little... does anyone have any ideas how to relieve this, preferably a natural way i dont want to take anymore prescription meds haha ..... i am wearing sunglasses over my glasses outside right now and it is still bad...

I also had the same problem. My eyes were driving me crazy with itching, feeling like I had sand in them, light sensitivity, itching, etc. I went to my eye doctor and he put me on Lotemax and Restasis drops and they have helped immensely. He said he is going to keep me on the Restasis for the entire time I am on treatment.

Personally I would see an eye doctor for this problem. An eye doctor can examine your eyes to be sure there is nothing else gouing on with them. The drugs can cause some eye problems so, in my opinion, it is best to get to the bottom of any symptoms .

Have you been 2 an eye Dr?I had the same problem and the eye dr gave me restasis and Lotemax.  Restasis takes about 3 months of use before it actually works, thats where the Lotemax kicks in-it is a steroid that helps the Restasis get to work faster. No more problems for me.Chronic Dry Eyes will do this to you.I was miserable with mine.Nothing helped until the script meds  cindy
