You've done the right thing contacting the Hepatitis Council of Queensland.

They are very knowledgeable there and will be able to help you sort this out.

I have contacted the hep c council for discrimination.

A few weeks backs i got a letter from the chief medical officer of the army and they are still saying i have hep c, all that was stated was this - I was still HEP C positive

I can't see how that is possible .... you don't have and have never had the virus.

You can't be refused entry because a test was inaccurate.

It seems like you are having a real battle with all of this.

I think if the AB tests had shown positive they may have been able to but you have been able to confirm that the test results were wrong and you haven't had the disease.

If you have problems with them on this basis then you could contact the
Hep c council in your State and they will try and advocate for you.
