The odor is a result of tbe treatment drug. Sovaldi / ribavirin causes this as well. As far as 'side effects' go it is one of the most neglible if you will. Far, far easier to bear than the others such as nausea or fatigue to the degree that keeps one practically bedridden.

This reminds me of the first time I treated. Taking Riba and Interferon and a handful of other stuff. My niece was little and she said I have "old people's breath."
I was in my mid-forties.

water water water, 1/2+ your body weight in ounces. 160 lbs = 80 oz of water, plus extra if you are drinking any caffeine or soda. Stay away from natural treatments while you are on treatment.

I would strongly caution against introducing anything into your system at this point. Let Harvoni do its job and hopefully rid your body of the virus and then you can ask your doctor for advice in terms of what type of natural treatments you can safely introduce.

As far as I'm aware of, body odor is not a symptom of HepC.

Good luck with treatment and beyond.
