Yes, really, that is a question only a doctor can answer. As I mentioned, there are many, many, many causes for elevated enzymes.
See a doctor at your earliest convenience.
You need to see a doctor. it sounds as though you are diagnosing and treating
yourself.
No all my Hepatitis C and hepatitis B are negative .
How can i exactly know the cause of elevation of SGPT and Bilirubin.
Keep in mind that my SGOT value is normal i.e 34.
Do you have Hepatitis C?
Elevated liver enzymes, and other indicators of liver functions, such as bilirubin, can change or be elevated for numerous reasons, from an infection, to some blocked ductwork and everything in between.
The goal should not be to lower the values per se, but to find out WHY they aren't normal to begin with. If the underlying cause can be addressed, the levels should return to normal I would think.
Best of luck
