Turnbo you are doing the right thing.  I also agree that they wouldn't go up this quickly if it's a relapse.  Please try to stay strong and think positive.  Our thoughts are with you.

Sending positive thoughts your way that this is just an anomaly.

I have read that the Harvoni is still there doing its job even post treatment.

Keep us posted with your VL results

There's no cause for alarm or worry, what you  need is to be taking lots of anti oxidant, and water. You liver is on the phase of regeneration . At this periods there could be flotuation  in LFT.

Those numbers can fluctuate. It looks as if your either in the normal range or close to it depending on what lab guidelines is being used.

Myself being your only 3 days out of treatment and your numbers are where they are I see no reason to worry at this time. A large spike in those numbers could mean relapse and yours at this time does not indicate this.

I would say "don't worry" but of course we do until we see those SVR results... Wishing you the best.

There are lots of reasons for liver enzymes to fluctuate. I don't know for sure, but it would seem to me that you haven't been off treatment that long to affect them/relapse. Have you taken any other meds in the last day or two, like NSAIDS (tylenol, etc)? Have you ever been told you have a fatty liver. Both of those things cause slightly elevated liver enzymes. And there are more reasons, as well. I hope it is nothing more than that.
