Hector has given you excellent advice. What has your gastro mentioned?
Have you looked at any trials for your geno type?
Good luck to you

Please suggest me other options
What genotype of hepatitis do you have?
Peg-interferon with Ribavirin therapy is the only treatment for genotype 2/3 hepatitis Until early 2014 when there should be new treatment available in the U.S. and later that year in Europe.
If you are genotype 1 there are more treatments available.
If you have an enlarged spleen and low platelet count under 100,000 you probably have cirrhosis of the liver and need to treat sooner rather than later before your liver disease progresses to the point you will no longer be able to treat your hepatitis C and will need a liver transplant. As your liver disease progresses it is more difficult to cure. SVR rates are lower in cirrhotics.
You should have a biopsy of your liver performed to confirm the stage of your liver disease and be under the care of a gastroenterologist or hepatologist ASAP to help you manage your illness.
Good luck.
Hector
