I have just been prescribed, Ultram ER,  Did some searches and read on here, That it shouldn't be mixed with  ADs that serratonin affected,

I am on Effexor,

The last few months I have had terrible sinus headaches  and migraines.

Heard it tough on your tummy also.    Ultam ER, I don't like taking drugs.  But migraines are no fun!

Ultram didn't do anything for my headaches. I had been prescribed Ultram (Tramadol) for back aches and it worked ok for that. I just got a prescription for Darvon and it's ok.

Disregard, I just got this from my home care nurse: for my hepc

just asked my friend Pharmacist Scott and he said it is fine.  He is aware of the labeling and he states since your effexor dose is on the lower end you will be fine.  lots of love to you
