Naseau

I have Hep C and have been experiencing nauseau.  It used to be just once in a great while and I've noticed it happening more frequenlty.   I also always seem to bloated more.   What causes this?   I'm not going through treatment at this time as it was not recommened for me since my liver is still healthy.

I greatly appreciate any input.

I was told the same as HectorSF suggests above by two doctors, because I was having the same problem with non-advanced virus. Also lots of fatigue. Probiotics for the bloating (good ones) were suggested and helped a little. You might try that.

If your liver is still healthy, then your experience of nausea is not related to hepatitis C. Nausea is not a symptom of hepatitis C and is only a symptom of very advanced liver disease. Most people with hepatitis C have no symptoms (which is why more people has hep C that don't know it then those who are aware they have it) until the resulting liver disease is advanced.

How your had a liver biopsy? It is the only test to diagnose the condition of your liver.

See you primary doctor and get a diagnoses as to what is causing this issue.

Good luck.
