Providing a little information about yourself and asking more specific questions helps when attempting to respond. As you can see, many are very willing to assist, but this provide any and all information isn't realistic.
That really is a very broad question. The best thing you can do is to start at step one and read as much as possible. Then when you have drilled down to a specific question or two post them up.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
If you would be so kind as to give us some more details I think we can better respond to your questions.
Genotype
Previous treatment (if any)
Response to previous treatment (if any)
Biopsy results and when it was done (stage and grade)
Additional information would be helpful such as state in which you live, how long you have had Hep C, Viral Load, other illnesses that you may have, age, etc. The more information you give us the better and more accurate responses we can give.
In the meantime, I will try to find something about response rates with the new protease inhibitors and SOC (Ribavirin and Interferon plus either Victrelis or Incivek). However, not knowing your Genotype is a hinderance to giving accurate responses.
