Nutrition/Diet best for Hep & Cirrhosis

I am aware of low proteins, but need to know about dairy, pasta, fresh fruits & veggies - I really need some guidelines so I can feed this poor body as good as possible.  I do cook for myself, but due to the fatigue meals often come frozen in a box (you know microwavable "healthier eats"). But please, anyone out there that can recommend foods, recipes, basics???? Maybe someone is aware of a site, or maybe an old forum topic, I am willing to listen to good suggestions.  I do try to drink a lot of water. Please though I will appreciate feedback, Thank You!

I just read a paper challenging the low protein theory for cirrhotics. I will find it and get it to you. Was very interesting as they concluding that going low protein did more harm than good. Are you early cirrhosis? Any varicies?
