12 months post TX

Just returned from my hepaotologist's office. Got  the official passing grade. 12 months post TX = undetected. I am officially cured and my hepaotologist is putting my file in the "basement". Good luck to anyone out there still treating and I hope you all, each and every one of you, get the same good news.

i am fairly new to this community as i was researching for cure for hepatitis b. i am just wondering what sort of treatment have you underwent since i may consider it as an alternative for the hep b infection as well. i have seen that ntz was likewise effective to HCV similar to decreasing the surface antigen in HBV. thanks

I kind of expected to feel the way I did before I got hep C but that's not realistic is it? I was in my mid 20s then and I'm in my high 50s now. So I guess I'll never feel "good" again. If you meant how long before all of the sides from TX went away....I guess about 4 or 5 months. Good luck.
