2nd time around. Last treatment in 2006 48 weeks. Its funny the incevik didn't bother me.
I did tx several years ago and now doing it again. My experience, even without the vic, is sx get harder as it goes along.
Interferon has many side effects and is a strong drug.
My doc lowered my dosage after I went ballistic at my appointment 2 weeks ago. Now, I'm feeling somewhat better.
Hang in there. After you stop the meds, you'll slowly begin to feel better, and better and better.
atfter stopping incivek i felt better in many ways....but not great ...as the interferon starts to saturate our bodies other symptoms can come on...like being snappy...hang in there and good luck...billy
I felt mich better for not having to eat the fat and the pills. I stopped the bobble head and dizziness. But I got very moody and still tired. I actually think I may have been real moody all along but didn't notice it because of the incivek. You may wish to talk to the doc. It may be time to start ADs, Prozac may not make you as tired as others according to my doc. Hang in there.
I have 8 weeks left my wbc is 23 and rbc is 9.6
How long has it been since you finished the Incivek? the interferon/Rib can be tough by their self for some...
The moodiness can be from the Interferon, have you discussed AD's with your doc?
How does your blood work look? how are your HGB's
congrats on the UND! do you have to do 48 or 24 weeks total?
I was hoping I would feel better and I do in a lot of ways No rash…no heavy legs ..no burning butt! The other meds have my Hbg. At 8,3 so I get out of breath doing anything. Glad you are Und and try to hang in there.... Everybody here feels your pain!
