Post Tx Rosacea

I am about 15 months post Tx, I feel generaly good, UND.

During Tx I got Rosacea, now I know that before Tx I had Seborea and during the Tx it gor worsen and I got Rosacea, the Rosacea during Tx was much more severe then it is now.

Rozex doesn't help, many times I have redness on the T zone on my face, the only thing that help is a little bit Elidel.

Does anyone here familiar with that, I mean - to get Rosacea during Tx, does it become better after Tx ? Is it curable? Any experience with Elidel or any other medication for Rosacea ?

Thank you,
Jack

Hey jack I dont have any great skin advice (my one biggest problem post treatment aside from my thyroid) is patches of this eczema like rash (which the derm gave me Fluticozane for which stops the itching right away but alas some of the patches remain) but I wanted to say hi and wish you all the best.

I really couldn't add anything but noticed that you had posted and wanted to wish you well!!!!!!!!!!

I think I have post-tx rosacea, but I haven't been to a doctor to get my diagnosis confirmed. ;)  I keep hoping it will go away. I'm about 5 months post. This showed up maybe a month after I finished.

Same problem here, doctor send me to a dermatologist, He put me on Doxycycline hycate and a face gel called Sulfacetamide. Was working great but the Doxycycline seemed to give me stomach issues. When i go back i'm going to ask about metrogel, that seemed to work better after my first tx. Best to you.
