I used to train for cage fighting until I found out I had Hep, so I'm no stranger to lots of exercise....but since treatment I haven't done one single pushup or pull up...so about two months. I'm just not motivated. My dog loves to be walked and it always makes me feel better to be outside, so that and doing house chores is how I work up a little sweat. I dress warm to keep sweating....always makes me feel better when I feel icky.
I do my yoga in the morning and a little bit body weight exercise. It helps me, but still feel very tired all the time. And as mentioned walking helps a lot as well.
Hope you get better soon.

Thanks a lot for your input. Actually I was refused treatment because of my eye sight not being that good. One of the pre-treatment exams I had to do was an eye exam and the results were such that my doctor refused to treat me. Has anyone heard of this before?
The only thing that I have found to reduce fatigue is moderate exercise. Obviously you don't want to overdo it. If you exercise excessively, that will increase your fatigue. But I find that 10 - 20 minutes of moderate cardio (such as walking, running, stationery bike or elliptical) followed by 5 minutes of stretches and 10 minutes of mild weight training works well. For some reason, the weight work is more easily tolerable than the cardio. It's also helpful in keeping up your muscle tone.
The best time of day appears to be the morning, just after you have taken your riba dose. Even if it seems impossible, I think you will find that a little exercise will give you more energy throughout the day.
This assumes that the fatigue is simply a side effect of the medication and not the result of a more serious condition like anemia. If it is the latter, there are medications to consider.
