Something odd on my CBCD report thursday

In the differential section of the report the statement "includes 11 atypical lymphocytes" appears. Never seen anything like that before. Anyone have any idea what that is about? thanks, jerry

Atypical lymphocytes are white cells that become large as a result of antigen stimulation.

They're associated with viral illnesses, however, they can also be present as a result of drug reactions, immunizations, as well as some auto-immune disorders (like  rheumatoid arthritis).
