I think you have reason to be excited. Looks like you will be clear by 12 weeks, termed an early response. Hope so. Antidepressants also control irritability and rage. They are not just for depression. I don't think the rage will straighten out on its own; might want to look into adding an AD.
Try counting when you get the rage (although I gotta admit it didn't work for me at first at all LOL, took a while!). Seriously the best advice I can give you is to have a talk with your loved ones and explain it to them - that it's not you....it's not them, please understand during this time.
Congrats you are having a very good response to the meds - the next test is a biggie for you as Marcia asked when will it be will they test you at week 8 or only at 12?
kEEP IT UP!
It appears you have had a > 2log drop in the viral load. starting at 1,400,000 and a
two log drop would be down to 14,000. Since you are at 4,600, your drop is > 2logs.
That is very encouraging. Geno 1a and 1b are usually the hardest to treat, though
women generally react more favorably to treatment than men. Estrogen is a natural
defense against Hcv. Drink plenty of water, take ALL your meds and the next
hurdle will be Undetected at week 12. You have a very good chance to be UND now.
good luck.
You can do a little dance and be excited... It looks like you are well on your way, very well. Save the big dance for your net PCR. Congrats on your fine results!!!!
Btw, when is your next PCR?
Bon courage in your fight!!!!
