VL drop. Afraid to get my hopes up!

Hi All!
Ok, I just got the results back of my first VL since starting treatment. I started tx. on Sat PM and had the labs drawn the Thurs AM before my third shot so not quite two full weeks. I started out the end of Nov. with a VL of 9,340,000. That's the only one I had done prior to starting tx. Today I found out that my VL is now 434,000. I know that's not a 2 log drop but is it a good start??? I'm so afraid to get my hopes up so soon. My liver function tests came back some better too. So what do you think? Ricki

Thanks. I'm so afraid to get too excited but I was ready to jump out of my skin when the lab person told me the results. She said "it's pretty high" and then when I told her what I started out at she said, oh no it isn't. I had to ask her if she was sure of the number and that she was reading it right and she ended up saying 434 with three zeroes after it. I'm just going to keep on praying that it keeps going down.

Congratulations!
That looks good to me for less than 2 week of treatment and at 4 weeks it will be UND! keep the positive attitude.
