Hi. Welcome to the forum.
I finished my 12 weeks with Incivek 5 weeks ago.
I had anal burning, diarrhoea and itching on the first day within about 2 hours of taking Incivek. I took Imodium to firm the stools. I used Proctosedyl for the burning and the itch. And it is so important to keep the area clean, so use good quality baby wipes with aloe vera after going to the toilet.
This can be so uncomfortable that you need to get onto this ASAP.
It does help to eat at least 20 grams of fat 20 minutes before taking Incivek, but try to bump up the fat a bit more if you can.
The pain in your stomach could be diarrhoea or the injestion of so much fat.Keep an eye on your stools. Too soft and you'll get irritated allo around your anus, too hard and you will be ******** glass and razorblades.
Good luck, and do ask us for any tips for managing your SX. There are many here who have treated and had bad SX, and have a lot of knowledge.
No question is too menial.
There are lots of threads on here about the side effects to Incivek, Here are a few threads related to the discomfort you mention:

I know in my case if I did not eat enough fat with my Incivek I developed a profound case of the runs ` but I never had the burning some people mention. It is manageable though.
I'm on my 6th week with Incivek the anal itching and burning after a bowel movement can get a bit painful. I know even at the 6th week I still have the problem , but you will learn on this form many things that can help. Keep the area clean use baby wipes and try and keeps your stools medium hard also a good hemmeroid cream will help. I got mt symptoms fairly early, but have learn to deal with them, I'm sure more people will comment.
Good luck and stick with it
and it becomes harder and more painful to urinate
The instructions for Incivek tell you to avoid citrus to avoid the anal burning and painful BM.... You are having side effects awfully quick. Call your clinical nurse, the Incivek hot-line or go to their website.
