Treatment - hair loss

Hey guys- so I'm 18 weeks into treatment and UND at week 12, which is great. I was worries earlier on prior to treatment about hair loss, and believe it or not, I've noticed the opposite.

Hair has been growing in places it's never been. Upper arms, lower back, etc. Has anyone had this experience.  I'm very happy that it's not falling out , but wanted to know if others had similar experiences.

I just cut my hair really short. The shortest I've had it since I was 9 years old. The short length definitely hides the hair loss. You can't even tell now. I would think that would be the same case for guys.

I kinda miss the "LLama lashes..." I am 2 1/2 years post treatment. I lost about 2/3 of my hair -and when it grew back much of it was gray and looked like pubic hair! What kind of sick joke was that?!? Well, it finally fell out, and my regular hair grew back -a bit thicker.
A suggestion for you might be to get a flat-top crew cut. -It looks great on most men (models and body builders often have their hair cut that way) and it is easy to hide thinning. By the way, did you know your profile has you as female? ;) ~MM

Well- my initial hair growth has ended, and my head is starting to thin out. I'm getting nervous as  im only 24 weeks in and 24 to go!  I have historically thick dark hair and don't know what to do as a male with spikey hair. I can't wear a wig.  Any guys out there with ideas other than shaving head? People at my office dont know.

eyelashes grew very long, but, every where else it was almost non-existent.  Post-tx everything thing is back to normal growth.

Just the eyelashes and eyebrows for me, otherwise lost most body hair and lots of thinning on my head. The latter has come back pretty decent, especially after getting the thryoid thing balanced. Not so much of a comeback the rest of the body, but once in a while ONE hair on my leg or arm will grow really long - weird. I'm about 10 months post.

Good news on the 12 week UND!!

Leg hair longer, eyelashes longer, chest hair longer,  head hair thinned out.  I'm post tx 45 days and still getting thinner.
