Treatment required for abnormal CBC report

Dear all,
I am 19 yrs old student *** intern(article) of Chartered Accountant course, I have gone for a blood donation there i got to know that my haemoglobin is 9.00 gm/dl. As a precautionary measure i had given my blood sample for CBC test, the CBC report descripts the following:
RBC count - 2.00 mill/cmm  NR - 3.8 - 4.8 mill/cmm,
Haemoglobin - 7.6 gm/dl  NR - 12 - 15.6 gm/dl,
WBC Count - 10500 /cmm  NR - 4000 - 10000 /cmm,
All other things in my report are normal except the things mentioned above.
Due to less blood count i am felling little bit weakness and nothing else.
Please i need the recommendation for the traetment as early as possible.
The earlier deeds of yours will highly be appreciated.
Thanks & regards,
Vishal Ahuja.

This is a forum for questions about Hepatitis C. We are not doctors, but patients helping each other. You don't indicate a diagnosis of Hep C, and no one here would be able to give advice on your CBC other than to strongly recommend seeing your regular physician about this. Generally when a patient has abnormal blood counts the first step is to determine the cause - not to just start treating the blood count itself, which is really just a symptom. You need a diagnosis first.
