About 3pm I ordered a Roast Beef Poor Boy(that's very juicy roast beef with alot of cajun seasoning put on a 14" french bread, usaually found in the south, 1 crab cake and a small bowl of seafood gumboo and a large mug of Beer, that's RootBeer of course and finished it off with bread pudding with praline sauce. It's our 15th wedding anniversay today I marinated 2 whole chickens in fresh rosemary from the garden,garlic, cracked pepper,lemon,soy sauce,baked them along with rigatoni tossed in sundried tomato sauce, hot pickled eggplant,balsamic vinegar and feta cheese,then baked at the end, along with crusty garlic basil bread and a mixed raw veg salad ,for dessert jumbo chocolate- chocolate,white chocolate chip cookies.And it's shot night for me treats galore.Sweet dreams everyone ,Sue
Good idea! I haven't started tx as of yet so I'm on my regular diet. Grilled chicken w/rosemary, an ear of corn and wheat toast topped it off with multiple glasses of cranberry juice~viola~ dinner for one! Everyone enjoy tonites dinner and tomorrows and the next day and...................

Roasted chicken thighs, spreading some Dijon mustard mixed with tarragon under the skin and roasting in shallow pan at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes or until done.
Serving with fresh asparagus, microwaved covered for 4 minutes on high..I like it crunchy-tender; plus a salad of Romaine lettuce with walnuts and Clementine sections (substitue orange sections if no Clementines) with Paul Newman's Blasamic Vinegrette and a few fresh parmesean cheese shavings.
I suggest a nice wine glass full of White Cranberry juice or Mejer's Sparkling Chablis (100% white grape juice).
For dessert..a gallon or four of your favorite ice cream.

Hey...Great Idea!! I love it and feeling great today so lets see ....whats on the agenda for dinner? Hmmm Thinking about a big salad, some blackened catfish on the grill since temps today are 70's, baked potatoe with all the trimmings and oh yeahhh I made a cheesecake other night so if still hungry hahaha awwwww don't know if I can eat all that! Awwwww...revenire...bologna??? LOL
