Virgin Cocont Oil

I was wondering what brand you buy and where to get it (not the capsules)
Also, I was reading that there is no difference between extra virgin coconut oil
and virgin coconut oil...Do you agree?

YOU CAN get the benefits from the whole coconut .its ok....problem is you cant use it externaly...ever tred to rub fresh coconut on dry skin?
