What does my boyfriends Hep C Results mean? very worried

hello, everyone I hope someone can help me with this I am really concerned with my boyfriends STI results, one of them was on his Hep C. Much help well be greatly appreciated because I am so overwhelmed with this. His Results read.
Hepatitis C   Antibody  < 0.1  Negative:  0.9
does that just show the scales of what is positive or does that mean maybe he has it?

Negative means he does not have it. Without seeing it the result appears to be less than 0.1 or it could be the scale I have no way to know without seeing the actual result.

Note: in general the CDC does not consider hep c to be an STD. The risk is greater for those with multiple sex partners, those who engage in rough sexual practices like blood letting or BDSM, and in the presence of HIV.

When in doubt the best person to ask is your doctor.
