I too need to know what consist of 23 gms of fat since I just started triple therapy.  I know of 3 tbl spoons peanut butter,1/2 c of nut, 1 cup ice cream,1/2 cup  trail mix, 2 oz cheddar or american cheese, or 2 oz of potato chips.  I was told either contain 23 gms however I would like to know if anyone knows of more foods with no preparation. Also which has the lowest calories.  At this point, eating 3 tbl spoons of peanut butter doesn't leave me much more to eat without turning into a blimp.  Please if anyone has any more foods with 23 gms fat and with the lowest cals please inform

Ahoy. This has to be the most frequently asked question these days. Believe me, after two or three weeks you will be asking it again since by then you will be sick of fatty food.

A small handful of hazelnuts has 20 grams of fat and something like 200 calories.  One cup of raw, cubed avocados has 22 fat calories.

I personally have been living off salmon.
