a drug called Allevia?

Has anyone heard of a drug called Allevia? Maybe spelling it wrong. There is a trial coming up with it and Sovaldi (no interferon!!!) But I haven't found it anywhere when I look it up.

Hi Michael

I started to think maybe Alevia could have been the study name ALLY 1. Do you think that could be possibly what they said?

Got nothing like that if you can find anything else on it that could help.

I have seen Sovaldi and Daclatasvir  NCT02032875 Phase III Daclatasvir + Sofosbuvir in Cirrhotic Subjects and Subjects Post-liver Transplant (ALLY 1) very exciting but not yet recruiting. And Sovaldi and Ledipasvir  NCT01938430 "Sofosbuvir/Ledipasvir Fixed-Dose Combination + Ribavirin in Subjects With Chronic HCV With Advanced Liver Disease or Post-Liver Transplant"

Those sound interesting no Ribavirin no interferon.

Also Gilead has submitted for FDA approval for a single pill combo of Sovaldi/Ledipasvir again without no interferon. Hopefully it will be available by prescription before the end of this year.

Good luck
Lynn
