They just are so dumb at times.. sometimes i wonder about people.. Iam not the most intelligent either but at lease have some pride in urself... Trust me Teufelhunden they did something to me, the brother in-law of all..Iam alot calmer now then i was earlier.. I just dont like fussing people..I love life to much to deal with stupidity in general..I took that hot bath and it did wonders.. LOL
Taking your stress out on the in laws might seem like a good idea at the time but you may want to rethink it. Oh, they cause it? You ever see those blow up punching thingy's for kids? Buy two of them, name them Ma-inlaw and Pa-inlaw, and just wear them out! Great stress reliever and you're getting exercise to boot! Actually, run a hot bath, lock the door, light some candles, and let your mind wonder. Does the body good.
I went on the paxill and i have to tell you - it did help calm all the thoughts running through my head day and night and night and day and that helped with the anxiety.
I've had those all my life and never realized that they could go away. Magic. I swaer it was like magic.
The first month was sort of rough cause I was so tired from it but now...I don't notice a darn thing. I don't ever want to go off them.
I see the dr again on the 4th of Feb. I just get tired of being scared when it happen and then i hyperventalate.. when i get numb... bothers me the most, sometimes i get thru it okay but last night was a tough call..but feeling better now.. Ilove swimming but 18 degrees outside isnt good wtr weather and snow on ground LOL..May God Bless u
Iam gonna ask about ativan...
I'm sorry to hear you're struggling with anxiety. I get a lot of relief from exercise when I'm strong enough to get any. Swimming helps me the most (yeah, I know its freezing out but when you can) because I have more stamina for that even when the anemia is bad.
Have you asked your doctor for ativan? It works really well for me and I can take it as needed and get relief, unlike the antidepressants where you have to build theraputic levels for the drug to work.
Good luck - hope things get better for you (and me too).
