I agree with you about mlm. I dont like that type of selling. I am not interested in becoming a sales rep but If the product is good then that is what I am interested in. I take so many different supplements and It makes sence that your body needs a little of everything which is what you get when you eat good food which jp states that is what they are supplementing (whole food nutrition). When you take supplments like selenium, Alpha Lipolic Acid, C, D, E etc. that it could actually be harmful to take excess amounts of individual nutrients I have heard a lot of negative comments on the product and lots of great comments. My internist likes it, takes it, doesnt sell it. I thought the sugars had been removed so that it was good for diabetics? Anyway, just wondering if anyone with hvc had experience and good or bad or no results. Thanks for your reply
I think if you want to eat more veggies first, and juice vegies go for it,
but a lot of these products are pryamid scheme scams and not good for you.
of particular concern while on tx is the sugar content. This product (and even fresh carrot juice and many others) are freankly too high in sugars.
It doesn't matter if they are "natural" or not, they are still sugars.
while on treatment you inject interferon to kill hcv. Higher sugar consumption means higher insulin secretion and insulin cancels out, interferes with the interferon, thus making treatment less likely to succeed. Excess sugar or food is one of the culprits that leads to type 2 and then to type 1 diebetes. It causes insulin resistance, IR, and people with IR or diebetes have a lower success rate on current SOC tx, so controling sugars is an important part of the whole treatment landscape.
