Shot hits after 18 hours

OK, so now I know what to expect (That's a laugh!). So far all four shots have hit me with chills and other symptoms after 18 hours from taking it. Of course the symptoms are like devilish phantoms, and who knows what will happen next.

Oh, I had my pneumonia booster yesterday. CHILLS and sore arm. But glad (I guess) to have taken the darn thing. I tell ya, I am so over needles, and I'm only in my fourth week. I cried the other day while the horrible wicked nurse was hurting my arm draining me of yet more vials from my pitiful arm! No matter what, I'm not giving any doc any blood for two weeks!

Well, I know some of you can relate.

Hi, I was wondering how you're doing with tx. Wow, thats aloooog time to be txing. I can relate to the not sleeping problem. Dr gave me some Ambien but I don't want to take them. Hope you're doing well.

Couldn't sleep..so I figured I'd hop on forum once again. I am now 49 weeks txing. looks like I'm heading for at least another 36. I am doing Pegasys..and 1.5 x more weight based riba.
I pray we all kick it.

Wow a doubledoser! How do you do it? It's hard enough to do a single dose. What tx are you on, if you don't mind me asking. I'm tx for 48 wks. In 4wks 4 days so far. Lots of sx. Hope you kick the rattle.

I had flu shot during tx. Right now I'm taking the Z-Pack (antibiotics) so that whatever I have doesn't turn into pneumonia (lungs are rattlin')...so you probably can get the booster. I take my shot on Tuesday night and Friday night...doesn't leave much time for feelin good. I'm a doubledoser...

I can relate to what your saying, Im going on my sixth shot Friday evening. Usually by Monday I can function again. I've been able to make it to work. Better to work than to sit and let the sx take over. I was wondering about the Pneumonia shot. I had it twice 4 and 5 years ago. I didn't get my booster this year. Do you think it's ok to do while on tx?

hey there,

my first 2 hit 24hrs after for only a couple hours. the next 2 hit at 48 with diminished brief sx. after that .... nothing. piece of cake.

now lets talk about riba.... grrrrrr
