This has been on and off for a long time, just lately very bad..but I am trying to heal it with heating pads and ice, and 1 advil every 4 hrs. with food, and only 2-3 a day. I get these spasms that make me have to sit right down for awhile. I was doing 100 sit ups on a ab lounger every other day, so I stopped that...I do use a eliptical machine too 20 mins. I am staying off that too for awhile. Pain stinks.
oh well...I know most people have way worse things than a back ache...maybe those old DONES back pills will work!! HA!!
thanks

you probably just overused a muscle.
If something like this came out of the blue minus any housepainting then one should get in for a kidney function test since Ribavirin can make a kidney fail or irritate any simple cysts on the kidneys.
If you strained a muscle it can take 3-4 wks to heal.

I'm doin' ok tonight. I'm seeing the hep dr. tomorrow regarding adding Alinia to the mix...we shall see. Obviously, I'm still treating and hoping to rid myself of this virus. Yea, as workingdog mentioned, be careful inhaling those paints...extremely toxic on the liver. Keep in touch, girl!
God Bless & G'night

painting can give you all kinds of pain...if your useing a roller that can really mess with your neck and back...even cutting in with a brush can be bad...also theres a lot of paint in the air when you roll paint...and if your spraying or someone is spraying near you thats really bad...so it could be a paint thing...and with hep breathing that paint in isn't good...whats worse if you dry the paint with a propane heater..too much moisture....good luck...billy
Hi ,
Thanks for thinkin about me. I'm okay. Been very busy, husband is building a house, I am helping with painting. I am enjoying it for the most part! (Except for the back thing)
How about you? How are you?
