Hi there,

Sorry for the late reply.  Yes, eventually I got hit with all the side effects you mention except thyroid issues but they were from the SOC rather than from the study drug

The only side effect I really noticed from the study drug was a 'flushing' feeling in my face about 20 mins after dosing and not having the urge to eat but when I did eat my meal finding I was ravenous.

Any more questions I'd be delighted to help.  Sometimes it might be better to pm me as I find I am not checking the site as often as usual during the working week since my hb as returned to 155.  I can run up the stairs now without raising a sweat, awesome!

Epi :)

Hi Diane:  I also had no real sx. the first three months.  Just a little tired, and small bouts of depression.  There may not be any "storm" coming.  Just relax and try not to worry about something that may not happen!

Good luck & keep in touch - Lynne

Pretty normal!  I felt a little drowsy but I was an inpatient in the research clinic and there was nothing else for me to do but have a nap!!

Good Luck!
