Is this a valid risk? Hep c

My daughters grandmother has hep c and was babysitting her.

My daughter was scratching herself as she has exzema in one spot despite me putting cream on prior. She may have drew blood....my concern is could hep c transmit if she happened to scratch the grandmother and then herself?(Grandmother said she didn't and didn't notice sharp nails) also what about if grandmother had saliva or closed wounds on hand and my daughter touched them and then scratched herself or rubbed eyes?

Thanks! This morning I woke up and noticed some red under my daughters nail so my mind went to blood....hoping it wasn't grandmothers and if anything just my daughters or something else that was red that got under nails (which I try to cut and file but they always seem to get sharp lol).

Would you worry about testing in this scenario or not worry?

Update to the above scenario. Noticed grandmother had redness near cuticles on left thumb as well as missing skin of the side. She said it wasn't bleeding but it looked pink/red to me. If my daughter touched this wound, which could have easily happened as they hold hands while playing, would you worry about risk from her rubbing eyes constantly as well as scratching the exzema patch to were it sometimes bleeds? So worried about this additional update as I just was with her this morning and noticed this on her hand. Yesterday I asked her if she was bleeding anywhere on her hands and she emphatically said no. I trusted her. Now maybe she dismissed this wound as not bleeding because it wasn't gushing blood, but what if it was not clotted or still fresh in a way.

Thank you for your help!

Transmission of Hep C requires direct blood to blood contact, as happens in a blood transfusion or a sharing needles. Spreading it between family members is rare.
