According to your previous post your husband was tested for life insurance qualification and the test came back positive for antibodies.
Did your husband have a HCV PCR RNA test after he tested positive for the antibodies? A PCR will confirm whether or not he actually has the virus. The antibody test shows he was exposed to the virus at some point but it's possible his immune system fought it off. He will carry the antibodies even if the virus is no longer present and hepc cannot be transmitted through antibodies.
As copyman said, you are not a carrier. Your test was negative, his was not. The burden of proof is not on you.

your husband is being cruel. You are NOT a carrier, there is no such thing. you have it or you don't and you DON'T !!! Tell your husband to look into his past because you didn't give it to him.
It is primarily a blood to blood transmission. so if anything your husband can give it to you. do NOT share razors, toothbrushes, etc.
