The HCV antibody testing results vary from mfgr to mfgr. Signal to cut off ratio info can be found here:

It’s important to note that a positive HCV antibody result isn’t diagnostic of infection; only suggestive of exposure. If reactive/positive, confirmation using by ‘HCV RNA by PCR’ is required to test for active RNA virus.
