8 days after completing it, I had some detoxing that started at of course midnight and still some this morning. Both ends were pretty busy. My friend brought me Gatorade this morning on her way to work with a a get well balloon. Very thoughtful. This too shall pass....HA
Yes...huge nausea and heartburn. Am easing back onto food, really gentle stuff. Yes, have kept the fat in my diet, not quite as much. Yes, my friend is amazing..BTW, my daughter lives in Charleston. Am planning to be there next spring. Thank you for your support

Oh my...that is no fun. I didn't have that happen, but I did have my nausea kick in again about six weeks after. And I developed horrible aid reflux issues with the riba and interferon alone.
Did you taper off the fats slowly? Or change your diet drastically? Perhaps for the next day or so, maybe a bland diet would help.
