difference between Daclatasvir and Ledipasvir?
They are both NS5A replication inhibitor, used with sofosbuvir, why is Daclatasvir+Sofosbuvir for 24 weeks, and Ledipasvir/Sofosbuvir for 8-12 weeks?
Everyone is hoping for an October release date for Ledipasvir, I have not heard of a release date for Daclatasvir. Even with a release date I don't think Daclatasvir is a Gilead product so the only way to do Sofusbuvir + Daclatasvir would probably be another off label situation.
