Unfortunately not. If there was a drug that truly relived fatigue that pharma company would make zillions! All of us with ESLD would be lined up waiting for the drug store to open.
The best thing I have found is moderate exercise. If you are very fatigued just walking can be helpful. I know when you are tired and run down the last thing you want to do is exercise but it does work. Don't over do it or you will be more exhausted. I do yoga and light weights and always feel more energy mentally and physical after I do it even though it is hard to get started. I always try to push it a little to see how much I can do. It has taken me many years to know just how far to push it without over doing it.
Good luck to you.

If you have health insurance, see a nutritionist. He helped me get alot of my energy back from having auto immune and hep c, so I'm pretty sure one can help yiu. They will put you on herbs and vitiams that i never heard of and can't get nowhere unless through a nutritionist. hope this helps.
Only a blood transfusion I have had two of them. The second one made me feel a lot better.
get your doctor to check your iron level cause lack of energy could also be the result that your iron is low you might need to treat it
