Hoping your feeling better quick. Im sure it must be somewhat frustrating to stop treatment and expect to start feeling better and then have these issues to deal with. Take it easy

Sorry to hear you are having these problems. I am sure the doctor told this to you, but I will state it in case he/she did not. When you are in a lying or sitting position, rise slowly. Don't just jump up quickly. In fact, if you are lying down, sit on the edge of the bed for a little while before getting all of the way up. It gives your body time to adjust to the drop in BP from your positional change. Also, be sure you are drinking plenty of fluid. Hope you feel better soon.
Yes most all of us find that our vitamin D levels are tragic after treatment which is why folks like MikeSimon post such great threads about how important it is to make sure we are taking way more than the average bear.
Everyone is out of shape after treatment it seems.........it is few and far between that anyone keeps working out at the gym enough to stay in shape. I never ate sugary sweet things in my life but on tx I craved them...aftewards I did too - and gained back not only the 20 I lost but added 20 more. Yeah that was not so great the scale had never moved up or down in 20 years so it was pretty shocking to find out how hard it would be to lose that extra 20 with hypothyroid - no fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!
billy, hang in there. i'm sorry to read about your bp. take it easy when you stand up. i'm sending you some prayers to help thru your tx. good luck to you and i hope things get much better. take care. belle
Glad to hear you're getting to the source of your health issues. Hopefully you're good as new in a couple months.
Billy I know what you mean about being out of shape, three months for me flat on my back has just about done me in and I am really tired of being so weak. You need to stand up very carefully as I think that can really affect your bp it does mine.
Hang in there you have really done so well with all the problems you have had....:) anne
