Chest pain is not caused by hepatitis c.
It must be caused by something else. Only a doctor that examined you would know.

Your liver is on the right side near the bottom of your ribs. Your chest and shoulder pain could be cardiac, or it could be bad indigestion, aortic anuresm  or even a hiatal hernia. (my spelling is bad today, sorry)  The only thing I know for sure is that you need to get it checked by a doctor soon. You are young, but lately I've heard of many college athletes having fatal heart attacks, so don't take any chances on your health.

Hi,

I never had chest pain, and have had Hep C for a very long time.  Sorry I can't offer any solid advice, good luck.
