You guys have it made! You could just shave your heads and look totally normal!

you girls make me laugh thank you.... for men, years and years i worried about getting bald, never did; now past TX my hair looks ridiculous, and i don't care... i havn't met my once great love yet....she is dead, fourty, heart attack, too much......
It saved my day the first day I wore it! Went out to dinner and ran into this guy I used to date and was madly in love with 15 yrs ago.. My hair looked great, the latest haircut highlighted and perfect. I was so happy I had it on!!!

Mine was falling out and breaking from month 4 to present. Maybe it let up a bit the past couple of days. The follicles are long, flat and white. Very obvious!
Hair should be the last thing we worry about. It must be put in proper perspective with this.
Wishing you the best for the rest of your treatment!

I get you about the wigs - they are uncomfortable but boy they sure saved the day for me!
Anyway - my hair started to grow back pretty soon after treatment, they say it should grow back curly but mine grew back stick straight - sort of like a little girls hair. I hated it!
Now, almost two years later it is full and long again about ten inches down my back. I think it's awesome because I lost about 75% during treatment.
Hang in there - it might be slow at first but once it starts.........it will grow like a weed!
hi, I'm in the middle of month 6, hair breaks and falls out, but no balding yet. Bless you, I know how you feel. Annette
Thanks for letting me know. Its 7 weeks post tx and I was just wondering if this was the norm. I know it's not that important, but I felt so much better with hair. I did get a really cute wig but hate wearing it. It gives me a headache.

I am 6 months and afew weeks post TX. I have these spikes sticking up occasionally. I guess it has finally started to grow back but I would imagine everyone is slightly different.
