I have enlarge iver..need some info about it

last week i was diagnosed with hcv and today i had an appointment with doctor. after the ultra sound test doctor says i have slightly enlarge liver in size can you please tell me about this.if any of you know something about this. please help me.

Hello, the inflammation is cause by the HCV.  I know when I was first diagnosed I also had an enlarged liver which has gone down now that I have been cured for close to 2 years.  When first diagnosed I had to do a lot of research.  You can go to the top of this page, there is a magnifying glass you type in what every you need to know, to search.
You can also ask questions there are many people more than willing to help you.

i know that but i just want to ask.....enlargement of liver is due to HCV or it has someother cause as i am overweight.and never drink at all.

There's a lot to learn about HCV.  The first thing is that the meaning of 'hepatitis' is inflamation of the liver.  So, your doc's observation is not a surprise.
